Yamato Product Training

Yamato provides on-going product training programs to its distributor network, tailored to Sales and Customer Service professionals. This training is facilitated by Yamato Service and Marketing teams, featuring comprehensive product knowledge, basic operation, programming options, replacement parts identification and troubleshooting. For effective learning, it combines classroom training and hands-on application. The objective is to provide an overview of Yamato products (its features and benefits) and services with the ultimate goal of building confidence to boost sales and productivity.
For 2016, YSA conducted the program in March and June for Latin America distributors. Representatives from Mexico, Guatemala, Colombia, Peru, Venezuela, Brazil, Puerto Rico, Paraguay, Brazil, Costa Rica and Dominican Republic flew all the way to our office in Santa Clara, CA to participate in the training.
