Technical Support Center

Our 24 hour online Technical Support Center features answers to frequently asked questions, step-by-step troubleshooting solutions, quick set-up guides and technical product manuals available to download. You can reach out to our technical team by creating a support ticket. The team will respond within 24 hours. Remote Support

Remote support is also available thru video conference for immediate help with product setup, troubleshooting or product operation questions. Face Time, Skype or Zoom are the preferred platforms for remote support sessions. When you request remote support our team will schedule the session based on your availability. Verification and Calibration

Yamato provides temperature verification and calibration using certified devices. Our service team recommends a tune-up once a year, depending on product usage. This service can be performed either at the customer site by a Yamato Certified Technician or at our Service Center in Santa Clara, California. To schedule a product calibration click here.

Product Customization

Yamato offers customization to most products to match your application requirements. Simple customization includes external output terminals, exhaust ducts, additional exhaust or cable ports, observation windows, and more.
