That depends.
Some of the instruments you need aren’t well suited for the kind of demo you probably want.
We’ll help you figure out the best way to verify/validate your need and the appropriateness of the Yamato solution. Sometimes that means coming up with creative solutions. And we love being creative.

My application needs some customization. How long does that take?
The scale of the customization dictates how long it will take. Some work can be done in the US, while more comprehensive work would be completed in our overseas manufacturing facilities.

What is the lead time when a unit is available in your warehouse?
Standard lead time is 2-3 days from receipt of order and payment. An expedited fee is required for same-day shipping. If items are not in stock, customer service will provide lead time information based on your specific order.
Does all Yamato equipment come with a plug?
Yamato and other scientific equipment manufacturers do not include electrical power plugs with some equipment, instead it delivers with round terminals at the end of the power cord. The main reason for this practice is the diversity of type of plugs and voltage at laboratories or facilities around the globe. To help customers select the proper electrical power plug type, instructions are provided in the equipment user manual.
I need to request a calibration certificate for my Yamato product. Does Yamato provide calibration certificates?
Calibration certificates are provided upon request. If you are seeking a calibration report which includes detailed data of the diagnostic tests performed by quality control, please request it in advance of your purchase.
Our product has been discontinued and there are no longer any parts available for purchase through Yamato, what should we do?
Yamato keeps an inventory of parts for discontinued products within 7 years from date of discontinuance. In some instances, our factory may still have available inventory after 7 years. However, after an item and its replacement parts are no longer available, your product may be irreparable. Yamato can provide you with the best quote possible for upgrade to a current replacement.
